Sickening ME...

It has been a very long and tiring weekend for me. Though I've forced to take leaves to take care my Gen-X due to my dad's health conditions.

Something no good happened on Xandria. She hasn't been well when comes to bedtime, even on her afternoon nap. She has behaved so worst until I lost my patient. Stew was right, the misbehave of her probably due to WE, as a parent of hers paying less attention. She has been 'throwing' by us between KL and JB since her newborn. I feel so bad for that, somehow what can I do? what other choices do I have? To quit the job and stay at home?? I used to have the thought however, they are so many unpredictable things happened recently.

I don't know... perhaps i'm not deserved to be a STAY AT HOME MOM like most blogger is. Perhaps I need to think of having a home-based business like what most mommy does. Or perhaps I should just stop thinking of too much ....

I feel myself so sick now...not physically but mentally.

Smiles Predict Marriage Success

I read a very meaningful article lately. It called ‘Smiles Predict Marriage Success’.

The research has been carried on people over age 65 to provide photos from their childhood (average age of 10yo) by rated their smile intensity from 1 to 10. The result indicated people who frowned are 5 times likely to have broken marriage than people who smile always.

I do believe that smiling does give a positive disposition towards life. A smiling face tends to attract more friends, and a larger support network makes it easier to keep a marriage healthy. No matter how ugly you probably like, always keep a smiling face and you will find life is so wonderful.

P/s: If you want to know whether your marriage will survive, look at yours and your spouse's childhood photos. If both of you smile like a ‘grabbing a piece of gold’, very high percentage show you will have a success marriage. But no 100% guaranteed!! Hahaha….

Costume Jewelry

Last week as I shopped around the shopping in Singapore, I’ve got amazed by a diamond displayed on the window of shop. It was like ‘Wow… !!’. When I was told it was just a costume gem. But from design to it's clarity, sharpness look exactly like a real one.

At current market condition, I believe not everyone afford to buy luxury jewelry. Imagine, each theme of your clothes has to match with accessories, shoes, bags and so on. Instead of buying expensive glamour jewelry, I was told they are many designer costume jewelry available in market. For instance, Holster Jeweler, an experience costume jewel maker. How resist when looking at such beautiful jewelry?

Farewell Seafood Buffet

The Secretary of Group GM was so eagerly to have this farewell party to her boss who was forced to retired end of March 2009. Though the purpose of having a farewell party is to celebrating someone’s great news on getting a better offer. Somehow, this farewell party held with an opposition meaning. Everyone knew it wasn’t that GM’s willingness to be retired but… what other choices do we have? Who to blame then?

Be frankly, I'm don't feel good with that farewell dinner we had. Imagine, by paying RM55 and I've being served with a lousy food. It was the worst buffet I ever had....
