SMART Tunnel vs KL Flood...

Do you know that our SMART Tunnel was the second largest tunnel in Asia? Perhaps not many of us knew about it coz what we concerned is the purpose of building up this tunnel.

As we all know, the system is build to minimize the flooding problem in the KL city. Somehow, with the latest news about flooding within KL city center seems to prove the failure of so called SMART Tunnel. So much money has been invested to the project and yet we did not find the problem solved.

So, why do we still need to pay for the toll charges???
