Recently, I have been imparted with news that some friend or relatives has planned or already migrated to other country like Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, UK. For sure, I wonder why? Was it because of the politically issue? Or it’s all about the priority issue where aboriginal was given priority in everything? I’m not sure…

Hub and I never think of that issue at all. To us, why would we need to migrate when we are living in the country that free of natural disaster, free from the war and most importantly is, when you have a wonderful family who stay beside you. Until they was a night when we came across to a documentary program on the TV. The life after retired …

To me, I do not have a good thought of migration and it is only apply to people who are unable to find a stable life in the existing country. As for now, I just found it a good way of starting another chapter of life when you needed to. Both hub and I started to have the thought of migration especially whenever we are in the conversation about the age of retiring.

It's Christmas day...

It’s a Christmas day finally…

No Christmas tree, No Christmas present, No special dinner for me. In fact, I do have a special person to spend Christmas day with me. Yup, it’s little baby Xandria. For the first time, we had baby Xandria with us for the Christmas.

We brought her out for a quick lunch with PIL at The Curve. I just love the Christmas decoration there… it’s so lovely!

Old friends gathering...

Was meeting up our old friends at a Japanese restaurant located somewhere in the Orchard Road. Well, the whole dinner wasn’t as I thought. We were late! Hubs got a Singaporean client came down to our factory for product testing as well as auditing. Again, it’s auditing!!! You know what, the traffic seems to be twiddling you whenever you are late and rushing to a destination. I wondered why…

Okay, we reached the restaurant about 8pm plus and both of the pretty ladies waited us there. After being apart for so many years, no much changes to everyone. In fact, I think it’s the achievement of one that we concerned. Both, the pretty ladies do have a well-achievement of life.

MBA for me

After being employed for so many years, I started to feel tired of work. I hate to do the same routine work everyday and caused no challenge toward my life at all. In fact, I did plan to further study. Somehow, the plan turned down due to arrival of baby Xandria.

Since I’ve decided to take care of baby Xandria myself, perhaps I should go for online studying provided by Capella University where I can obtain my mba online. Virus attacked again...

I read the blog of Hui Sia the other day about the virus attached on her MSN and caused the software automatically chit-chatting among the contacts. And today, when I switched on my PC, the same thing happened on my MSN. It appeared with the chatting box replying the message among my contact lists. After a while, the PC hanged and I’m failed to open my worksheet anymore. Within a second, the antivirus popped up with the message box telling me that my PC has attacked by a virus named “Trojan”. Damn it!! This is already the second time within a month where my PC attacked by virus via MSN. Guess I shall not switch on my MSN anymore to prevent from virus attack again.

So, if you happen to receive any weird file sent by me, just ignore it. As I’m hardly sending any attachment via MSN but email.

A day of laundry...

It has been a quite boring weekend for both hubs and I. We didn’t head back to KL as I’ve just came back to Johor on Wednesday night. Well, it was pretty expensive on the toll and petrol each trip when we back to KL. I rather save the money and pay it to mom as a nursery fees for taking care of little Xandria.

Yesterday was a sunny day and I found it’s the best time to have my laundry for bed sheets, curtains and others delaine. Both hub and I were cleaning up the entire house as I found the housemate we had is a ‘lazy worm’ who never cleans up the toilet he uses all the time. What he concerned was only the cleanliness of his car, not his room!

Damn it… I never know he is such an unorganized person!!

The work ethics...

It has been a hard, tough day for hub today. He has been so frustrated with the culture of the company he works with. The work ethics of subordinates as well as the supervisors are so bad till they dare to ignore the given instruction. The worst is, the assistant manager behaved the same as the operator too.

As I always highlighted that, they have been pampered by the boss due to no discipline regulations been fixed to monitor their discipline. Everyone shows their temper whenever they like. Sometimes, I wish the Singapore Director will read my blog and noticed it. Sighh….

Poor little kitty...

I’ve been fluttered the moment I saw this flimsy kitty lied down at our car porch last night. Oh my gosh…poor little kitty!!! Guess must be left out by the mommy. It was in the condition of unconscious when we found it. Hence, both hubs and I tried to put it into a shoe box and covered it with a cloth. Then, made some hot 'Milo' for it but been rejected.

The kitty reminds me about my little Xandria who with no daddy and mommy by her side. I wondered what is she doing now. Has she taken her milk? Did she miss her mommy like the mommy did? My missing feeling toward her has become so intensively since then. Can’t wait to cuddle her now.

My motivator...

Hubs just had a conversation with his brother over the phone. I am not sure what subject they were initially talked about. Somehow, I overheard that his brother is actually in the condition of blowing hot and cold in deciding his future on career vise. In fact, the uncle is asking the brother to join his company at Johor.

After all, I found hubs is a great motivator. He has successfully motivated and changed the thinking of the brother eventually. I’m impressed and he deserved for the credits for being a good elder brother.

I am completely no idea what had happened to hub this afternoon. He has become so moody and seems to lose his tantrum toward himself. This is weird as he never behaved like that before. The clients were keep chasing him for the goods delivery and yet the goods is still pending at the production. Sighh....

The boss just came back from China and bought these candies for the staff. We all were attracted by that cute and colourful wrapping. Wantan Mee...

Actually, they aren’t any special about the Wantan Mee. In fact, I found the noodle tasted so wishy-washy except the fried Wantan. So, what attracted me to try on it then? It’s the hubs who decided to go there and according to him, is the cook who caught his attraction. He cooked the noodle by throwing it up to the ceiling. I guess it’s a new tactic of business…

The maid...

I really have to knock my head toward the wall by hired a maid at home.

Since the maid I applied has not come and I asked the agent to get a temporary maid for me. The first maid I had was 16 years old and she totally cannot do the housework and even communicate with me. Whatever I told her to do with the replied of “ya, madam!” I asked if she understand what I’ve told her just now and she replied with “paham” which mean understand. Eventually, everything came into another way round. I almost wanted to kill myself for it.

Okay, then I told the agent to get another one for me. Initially, I had no complaint toward the second maid. She can do all the housework without my instruction and able to understand what we told her to do. However, this good work ethic didn’t last long as I found her changed into another person during my recent trip back to KL. She seems to do housework randomly. According to sis, she started to take for granted since mom hardly put her eyes on her. She’s been using mom’s skin product without mom’s notice, eaten mom’s favourite corn slinkingly. *fainted*

After few times consultations and she seems repeating her same old pattern. Oh gosh…..can anyone of you who has maid teach me how to control a maid?? I am completely out of my way now!!!

I’ve been chatting with some colleagues from engineering department about to further studying. It has become our subject of joking by asking boss to pay for us in continuing the learning program. Eventually, the jokes were ended with lip-deep conversation as we know the fees incurred for a studying program is very high.

Finally, I’ve got the ticket of Jackey Cheung’s encore concert which going to be held in Genting Highland on January 2008. I supposed to go for his concert that held on last September. Eventually, it turned down due to the arrival of baby Xandria. Thought I will never have the chance in attending to his concert anymore as claimed by this lady that he will never has any concert for the coming year.

Hence, I called up my friend and asked him to get two tickets with his Genting member points. See, it’s the VIP seats some more… LOL!!!

We had no idea where to have our dinner and thought of having light dinner since hubs has to collect a sample part from a client in town. Eventually, we had a Japanese buffet dinner at Shogun. Wow…. It has been long time I didn’t try on Japanese cuisine.

After being apart from my little princess for 5 days, it has finally come to Saturday. Initially, we were supposed to go back KL right after work. Somehow, the itinerary delayed due to the birthday celebration of hubby’s granny at his uncle’s house (at Johor). My PIL were all the way from KL came to JB just for the celebration as well. As such, we had no choice but force to attend also.
It was the 84th birthday celebration of the granny. Look at the photo, she looks so happy and all the grand children were there to sing the birthday song for her. What a beatific granny she is…

Pleasant holiday to Australia

The other day, I met my friend on the MSN. She has been staying in Australia for more than 5 years. And now, she is inviting me and my family to attending her coming wedding party on February 2008. I was so happy to have her invitation as I can travel to Australia finally.

The other day, I received a forwarded email from a friend. Guess what, it is about the nice, clean toilet I ever dreamed for. My little niece...

As I was trying to clean up the folder on laptop just now, I found there are some photos of my niece (Jia Xin) when she was just a little baby. She is so cute and adorable! As till now, she has really grow and become so girly already. One thing I like about her is, she loves to smile.

During my pregnancy, hubs promised to bring me for our honeymoon the next year and destination to be decided by me. Now then, I’m still doubt in deciding which country to visit to as we are not going to bring along baby Xandria. Some friends suggested that we go Maldives since both of us love beaches very much. Some were telling me that Europe tour is the best as we enjoy the romantic moment at Paris, France.

Backdated post - Farewell dinner

The dinner was great as we hardly have this kind of gathering during off festive. I brought baby Xandria together and didn’t really put her under maid’s caring. Hubs is the one who taking care of her throughout the dinner whilst I enjoyed myself with the family member. He fed her with water, he comforted her when she started to be cranky etc. I should be taken the photo on how chariness he is toward his daughter. Wasted… maybe next time!

This is the first dinner I ever had with hub after the arrival of little Xandria. It has been long time I never really sit down and enjoy my meal with such a peaceful mind. For the past few weeks, my breaklunch (breakfast + lunch) and dinner were taken within 15 – 20 minutes. Till then, I realized taking care of a baby is not an easy or relaxing task.

The dinner was pretty great and I did enjoy the meal especially the appetizer – Tomato soup. The main course also taste good.

Being apart...

Since the arrival of baby Xandria, every single beat of time worth more than a thousand ringgit. From the morning till the late of night, I’ve never has my personal time. Whenever she has her afternoon nap, I’ll have to clean up her feeding stuff, clothes; I’ll have to take my lunch and clean up myself as well. Everything has getting easier until the arrival of our maid. Well, she is not the kind of very good but it’s already enough for me as I can have my personal time and also to spend more time on baby Xandria instead.

After being so busy for the past 60 days, here comes the end of my maternity leaves. Today marked the first day of my working day. I have no choice but to leave my little princess with mom and sis in KL. I felt so heavily to leave her, somehow due to unstable of our current financial, I have to do so. She needs me and I need her as well. Mom told me that she awakens right after I left. Guess my little princess missed the smell of her mommy. The more I looked at her photo, the more I missed my little princess… ! Sighhh…. I hope we won’t be apart for a long period.

She has recovered...

Time really flied. It has come to the end of month. Baby Xandria still have to go for her weekly follow-up on the infection. Poor little baby Xandria…

Yesterday, we went to see paed for her follow-up and were glad to hear that she has fully healed from the infection. No more coughing, no more infection of lung and the phlegm has getting lesser and lesser as day passed by. She also seems to be bouncy as well. Thanks god…

Yeahh…I’ve been so busy with taking of baby Xandria although mom is helping me as well. Somehow, I don’t really depend on as her leg is yet fully recovered. It’s still swollen whenever she tried to walk or stand for a long period.

She has been so cranky started 11pm till 3am. I don’t really know why but most people telling me that she has been sleeping too much during the day and asking me to prohibit her in doing so. I feel so ridiculous… how am I going to do so when she already felt so sleepy?

Long Holiday, Boring Day...

It’s going to be a long holiday soon. Celebration of Hari Raya Puasa was on Saturday and Sunday, thus Monday will be declared as another public holiday. Friends are planning to bring their kids to go travel. As for me, staying at home is the best place I can go. Baby Xandria is too young to go outside and I’ve already afeared toward the germs that might harm her.

Hubs came back last night and thought of we can spend some personal time together. Somehow, he has been so tired to chat with me. The moment he laid down on bed, he fell asleep. Sighhh…. our conversation has become lesser and lesser. Even the topic we usually chat was all about the little Xandria and his parent. I started to feel that our relationship is getting aloof.

Bacteria battle...

Hubs back last Thursday night coz of the ‘Fullmoon’ celebration for the coming weekend and little Xandria needs to go for her Hep B jab tomorrow as well. Somehow, the planning has been cumbered due to sudden sick of baby Xandria. She was so cranky started 2am and keeps crying although given milk or pacifier. The confinement lady and I thought it might be the colic caused her unwonted behavior. As till the next morning, I found her stool with blood and that really worried me. Since we already had an appointment with the paed this morning, so hubs asked me not to worry.

After being examined and doc confirmed that baby Xandria has bacteria infection that caused the bleeding. And we have been advised to admit hospital for detail monitoring since she only has 25 days old. It is too dangerous to take the risk if she only taking the medicine without monitoring of the profession. So, she admitted on the same day. Poor little Xandria, look at her small hand…

Hubs received a call from one of his aunt asking about the gift to baby Xandria for her ‘fullmoon’. I had food poisoning...

However, taking care of baby is a not topic you can learn in a day or week. It is a never-ending learning subject especially for a first time mommy. It needs guidance, patience, chariness, calmness… to cope with the task and I do hope I can cope with it soon.

As day past, taking cares a baby indeed tired me a lots. Somehow, you will find it worthy by looking at her smiling face. Baby Xandria does cheer up my day during the confinement month.

Camera out of function...

Just received a call from sis that the repair for my camera cost about RM790 only for the so called 'motherboard' replacement and it is excluded the service charges. What? RM790 is already enough for me to buy a new camera. Damn it!! Just when I need it to take down the shot of baby Xandria, it has out of function without reason. I tried and tried but the picture captured was so blur and the zooming lens also seems totally out of function.

Sighh…got to spend money to buy a new one!!! Anyone of you have better recommendation on which brand of camera to buy??
