The test seems accurate as what I need is ‘quality’ sleep. I’ve been not sleeping well throughout the night and ended up with having dotty the next day. Sometimes it is caused by the nightmare, sometimes it’s due to hot weather. Oh goshh... I really need to have a good sleep now!!!
