After came back from the two months maternity leaves, I noticed that the colleagues has been formed into few groups especially those colleagues from Engineering & production department. The production supervisor and QA were discontented with the chemist, the engineer due to work matters and guess what, even hubs also involved. Sighh…..
I was so surprised and curious at the beginning. Why this people so free to play ‘politics’ in the office. After all, I guess it is all because of these young people who are so childish and immature in handling to problems. Attrition of relationship does always happen between human. Nevertheless, it depends on how you envisage the attrition.
