It has been a hard, tough day for hub today. He has been so frustrated with the culture of the company he works with. The work ethics of subordinates as well as the supervisors are so bad till they dare to ignore the given instruction. The worst is, the assistant manager behaved the same as the operator too.
As I always highlighted that, they have been pampered by the boss due to no discipline regulations been fixed to monitor their discipline. Everyone shows their temper whenever they like. Sometimes, I wish the Singapore Director will read my blog and noticed it. Sighh….
