Overactive bladder...

I’ve came across to this during my visit to hospital yesterday. It’s regarding to the issue of Overactive Bladder. I am sure many of us know it is so common and usually affects to women instead of men over Asia country. People tends to believe Overactive Bladder is a symptom part of aging and there is nothing we can do about it. Somehow, it is NOT. It can be very distressing and embarrassing problem which can lead you to limit your daily activities.

If you do doubt on your bladder condition, complete this test:

1. Frequently urination during the daytime hours?
2. An uncomfortable urge to urinate?
3. A sudden urge to urinate with little or no warning?
4. Accidentals loss of small amounts of urine?
5. Nighttime urination?
6. Waking up at night because you had to urinate?
7. An uncontrollable urge to urinate?
8. Urine loss associate with a strong desire to urinate?

Marking:
0 – Not at all
1 – A little bit
2 – Some what
3 – Quite a bit
4 – A great deal
5 – A very great deal

If your score is 8 or above, probably you may have overactive bladder. Consult your doctor today and there are some effective treatments on it.
