first attempt to home-made breakfast

I’ve committed to Stew that I’ll try to have more home cook since we own a complete kitchen. Be frankly, I own a pretty nice kitchen although I’m not a good, frequent cooker. During the December long holiday, I decided to try on some recipe I got from a blogger who own a very nice foodies blog, Bits of Taste.. Gosh… by looking at the photo, I was like been starving for few days.

I make a good try on this recipe. Stew and both Gen-x loves it…

The last weekend, I’ve got bored and went to join a baking class on cupcake. It was indeed really fun and satisfaction when you have completed a nice, pretty cupcake. Look, these are my creations. Nice?

If you interested on the cupcake D-I-Y, take a try on the below recipe:

Chocolate Cupcake

250gm Butter (salted)
190gm Caster sugar
180gm/ 3 nos. Egg (AA)

Ingredient B:
60ml UHT Milk/full cream milk
100gm Cooking chocolate

Ingredient C:
200gm Super Fine Flour/ Normal flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
20gm cocoa powder

Method:
1. Beat Ingredient (A) until creamy and slowly add in eggs. Then, follow by Ingredient B. Stir in Ingredient (C) until mix well. Preferable using hand to mix.
2. Pour mixtures into a cupcake paper. Bake in a preheated over at 165ºc for about 20 minutes or until it cooked. To confirm if it is cook, use toothpick to test.
Very simple, isn’t it? I tried it myself yesterday. It taste good.
