The rates quoted by our carpenter on the built-in storage compartment really put me in a big shock. Though the small space might cost cheaper but turned out to be opposition.
Thus, we decided to go for IKEA ready-made combination storage which much more cheaper and organize. If you look carefully, they is a storage mirror attach with this design which just fit to my choice.

Workstation...
Having to work in a public listed company, you can actually imagine how tough the job could be. A friend of mine who is working as a Tax Advisor in an accounting firm in Singapore. The company she joined is an MNC and in fact a well known in accounting sector, Las Vegas Accounting Firm in America.
I’m not sure how is the working environment at big scale company like hers. However, I can imagine the comfortability of each workstation should be provided to the employee. I agree not all MNC provided such facility especially at the current market condition.

Who knocked your door??
In our Chinese Lunar calendar, the seventh month instead a 'ghost' month where we believe the 'sought' are to be released from their jail named hell, i guess... :P
It happened in my office last few weeks ago.
A colleague of mine who always work late, mostly around 8 to 9pm asked me why am I trying to open her door so harshly the other day. She claimed that she heard someone who wore high heel walking passed by her door, somehow she couldn’t see the face clearly as the light at the corridor wasn’t bright enough. In fact, I told her that I left office sharp at 6.30pm due to having appointment with my husband.
The following days, we decided to check through our CCTV to find out who is the culprit for that. Guess what, we saw nothing but just a blur shadow on the rewind record. Since that incident, none of us are working late then.
Believe it or not but it’s all truth.

Blogspot vs Multiply
Ever since I started my new blog and Blogspot, the old blog of mine was like being abandoned. Looking back at my latest post which posted on Dec 2007, I feel kind of shame for not updated on this blog.
Initially, I thought of Blogspot has more funtionality space for blogger like us. Somehow, I noticed Multiply is rather better still. At least, I got to upload songs I like without installing or using additional software for the uploading. At least, my photo uploaded will remain with it's originate size. At least, I have a reminder for reminding me on the coming event. At least..... they are quite a lot of function which Blogspot does not provided.
Of course, they are some funtion which Multiply does not have. Blogspot has a variety space for blogger to edit on the theme and also the widget for ads.
So, whether to blog with Blogspot or Multiply? I think none of it I can actually let go...

Something to rejuvenate...
Lately, I’ve been back to my old routine where I worked late, and it’s rather very very late until 8pm. The total of 12 hours working period indeed tired me. I’m exhausted especially when I had insufficient sleep. My eye, my body, my mind was like floating on somewhere when come to evening. Ahhhh…. I wish I have something to rejuvenate my body, not for long term but at least for now.
Acai Berry Energy Supplement, which I found online sounds pretty good for energy booster. I’m not sure how good it can be but for now, I really need it to boost up my body cause I’m exhausted.

what a life...
By looking at this photo, what do you feel??
Isn’t it so heart-aching knowing a starving child was being stalked by a vulture? Knowing that there how many millions children were in fact die for hunger? By knowing that we, ourselves are so helpless to give aid to all these poverty children.
I can actually understand why the photographer suicide. The pressure to be first where the action is. After being visualized for the violence during war, starving children die of hunger and so on, the fear that inside him has eventually conquer the strength of staying alive.
Here is an article about 'Photographer Haunted by Horror of His Work'.

Makeup for Make-over
Have you ever watch the TV series of ‘Extreme Make-over’? If you do, I’m sure you are rather aware on how powerful the cosmetology is nowadays.
Talking about the cosmetology, female in Asia country like Korea, Japan is significance to it. They are hardly step out the house without makeup, without proper dressing.
So, do you fancy about the colour on your face that can actually change your look? I am. I love to look at myself in front of mirror with difference tone of colour on my face. Somehow, I have no skill to do so but, I found the beauty school indianapolis a good institution for that.
Oh mind, this is something so cool for me…

Mumbling.....
It was rather a hectic day when I need to take care of my children myself. Mom and sis were actually gone back to KL for personal matters. I took 2 days leaves and being a ‘SAHM’.
To take care of 2 young children, I was rather exhausted. Xandria has growing so well to be a sister. She loves her little brother in the way of hugging him, kissing him, patting him except sharing toys with him. *rolling eyes*
Xavier has getting so vigorous as he grows. He refused to sit still on the high chair or walker. He likes to climb anywhere he can, even when he is being carried, he is still moving here and there endlessly. You can imagine how tired to carry him in that way.
Today marked 9 months old of little Xavier.
Message to baby Xavier:

1st Trial on Cereal Prawn
It was a very fine fine day last weekend and I decided to have a trial on homecook 'Cereal Prawn' which we usually ordered at restaurant. The dish ended to be pretty tasty (at least I got a good response from my choosey sis). But it's not as crispy as the version at restaurant. Probably I should add in some egg for the crispy taste.
Here is the simple recipe to share:
Ingredient:
1 packet - Ready Cereal (oat)
500g - Prawn
2 Chilli padi
some curry leaves
1 table spoon - butter
Seasoning:
Sugar, salt, sesame oil (quantity according to individual taste)
Method:
1. Clean the prawns and leave the shell on. Marinate the prawns with some salt, pepper and sesame oil for about 30 minutes.
2. Deep fried the prawns until golden colour, drain and set aside.
3. Heat up frying pan and melt the butter, add in chilli padi & curry leaves. Fried till there is an aroma. Add in cereal and sugar and fried for a while, mix in the prawns until well-mixed. Turn off the heat and it's ready to serve.
Isn't it simple?? Enjoy the recipe...

just for release...
Sometimes, when you got pissed off by work…the only way of releasing your stress was someone to tell you a joke, a humorous one.
I was rather busy with my workload this afternoon. A Singapore branch colleague called up and we were in fact started to gossiping about other colleague. As we chat, the conversation somehow became like a ‘dirty-talk’ where we actually talking about another female colleague who has a pretty big boobs. The funniest was this colleague of mine indeed fancy to have a big big boobs and claimed that her hubby loves it. Wasn't that so funny??
Btw, was it really that all male loves big boobs???

High-speed Connectivity @ home
With the advance of technology nowadays, they are many thing can be done without stepping out from your doorstep or office. Taking example of online shopping (which I have addicted to recently). In fact, I can do my shopping while rushing my reports in office. Imagine how powerful is our latest connectivity equipment now.
Of course, you will need great tools in order to have high-speed web browsing to speed up your connectivity. That’s is so right after I have experience to very low connection from traditional type modem. Many friends of mine recommended that I should go for wireless router, which comes with all components I need and what’s more with easy-to install kit.
That’s really sounds good since I decided to have a Home Office for my new house. And after searching through some online stores and noticed the price is indeed reasonable. Probably I shall purchase a cellular modem card too since I've been traveling so often.
